How do I return or exchange an item purchased directly from AFTCO.com?Updated 5 months ago

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, AFTCO will be happy to accept a return or exchange within 60 days of your original purchase date. Refunds exclude original shipping fees and exceptions do apply. See more on Exceptions below. 

Items must be in new, unused condition, with tags / stickers still attached and in the original packaging you received the item in.

Exceptions

• Rain Gear (Jackets & Bibs) - A return/exchange request can be submitted online in our returns portal. You will be asked to upload an image of the item as proof that tags are attached, and the item is in new/unused condition. Your submission will be reviewed internally by a Customer Service team member.
  • If approved, you will receive an email advising you of the approval and a return label will be provided. 
  • If rejected, you will be contacted by a Customer Service rep with an explanation as to why your return was rejected. 
  • Please DO NOT send items back without approval. If a return is sent back to AFTCO without approval it will be denied, and the customer will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping the return items back to original shipper. 
• Gaffs – Gaffs are eligible for return/refund only and will be refunded less a $20 handling fee for oversized product return cost.
• Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale including sun masks and boxer briefs/underwear are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
• US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico: Returns are subject to international shipping charges. Please contact [email protected]
