How do I return or exchange an item purchased directly from AFTCO.com?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange within 45 days of your original purchase date. Refunds exclude shipping fees

Items must be in new, unused condition, with tags / stickers still attached and in the original packaging you received the item in.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit.

Sun Masks & Boxer/Briefs - For sanitary reasons all Sun Masks and Technical Boxer/Briefs are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Outerwear - Please contact customercare@aftco.com for more info on how you can return your outerwear rain gear.

Puerto Rico - Returns are subject to international shipping charges. Please contact customercare@aftco.com

We will cover the cost of sending back your return/exchange by providing you a pre-paid FedEx SmartPost shipping label.

Oversized Shipping items including Gaffs, Gaff Handles, Gold Nets, Tag or Tailer Sticks are not available for a free return shipping label. Please contact customercare@aftco.com or call 1 (877) 489-4278 for more info on how to return or exchange these items.

Please click here to begin your return process and follow the instructions provided.

1. Pack your order in original packaging and include packing slip inside.

2. Place the FedEx SmartPost Return label (received from the return process here) on the outside of your package and be sure to cover up original shipping labels, if any.

3. Place the return in your mailbox for pick up by USPS or drop it off at your local Post Office.

Please allow 30 business days for your order to be received from the date it is shipped and an additional 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.
